A bit less of the textbook stuff and more on the practicality would dispenzs made this a book to return to. Life changing For the first time i understand the hows and whys of the brain and behavioral patterns and now understanding how to affect real change. No trivia or quizzes yet.

In the end there was bain little really practical help, as in, do xyz. Following a serious sport accident, which compromised his mobility, Dispenza managed to get back in top form thanks to the techniques of cognitive concentration he was able to implement.
