This is incredibly irresponsible and ludicrously stupid for an alleged scientist. Joe Dispenza does an excellent job at mapping out the brain and explaining how your emotions and motor skills works. You need to know how people work. I know it seems like this has had a positive impact on evokve lives, which is awesome, but for people that are already aware of the brain and neuroplasticity, this will be a bit dull bfain repetitive. You Are the Placebo: The author would not be considered an expert on the brain by many, but that probably makes his writing more accessible to the lay person. This book seems more targeted to people that don’t know a ton about biology or psychology, that get overwhelmed with obstacles, and need help trying to think about how their brain is functioning and how they aren’t just helpless bystanders–they have the power to evolve as the title denotes.
